SCHEDULE OF FEES

ANNUAL ASSESSMENT

ANNUAL ASSESSMENTS WILL BE DETERMINED BY DECEMBER 1 AND INVOICES ISSUED TO ALL LOT OWNERS OF RECORD BY JANUARY 1 OF THE FOLLOWING YEAR.                                                             $ TBD


CONSTRUCTION FEES:


ROAD IMPACT FEE- Due and payable after Drovers Road Building Permit for residence is issued and prior to any construction                                                                 $3000.00


PLAN REVIEW FEE- due and payable upon the submission of complete set of plans for house and garage. This fee is payable for each submission. Should a DR building permit be issued for one or more structures, a subsequent submission for another structure on that same lot will be assessed and issued a separate plan review fee. (Example- A house and garage plan is submitted and issued a DR Building Permit. Lot Owner then applies for a permit for another structure not included in the first submission, a separate fee will apply.) Lot Owners should recognize that the Property Owners Association will invoice lot owner for any expenses arising from Plan Review process if those expenses exceed the Plan Review Fee.                   $1250.00


Variance Permit Fee- no fees will be charged per se. However, lot owner will be expected to reimburse any and all expenses in connection with the review process including, but not limited to the hiring of consultants, experts, etc. for assessing variance, whether or not variance is issued. $-0-
