Welcome to Drovers Road

Why Drovers Road Preserve? Hiking trails, ancient streams, healthy forests and a vibrant community await you and your family at the Drovers Road Preserve. There are miles of cut trails through the 190 acres that traverse streams, mountains, and natural forests, exclusively for the use of Drovers Road residents and their guests. Our philosophy created a limited amount of homesites (23) in a surrounding landscape to ensure environmental and aesthetic harmony.  We believe that the land and its amenities are as important as the homes placed on it.  An intentional and creative set of design and construction guidelines protect the character of the land, while all man-made living spaces remain an integral part of the nature preserve.

Drovers Road Preserve is bound by a Conservation Easement, protecting it in perpetuity.  The easement requires that all the protected land must be maintained in a natural state: hiking trails, streams, and mountains with breathtaking views are kept pristine and untouched for the enjoyment of our community.  The investment in your home will never be diminished by unfit development nearby.
